If you have not received an email with your tracking information, or if you have questions about the status shown when tracking your package, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service directly, and we will do our best to guide and assist you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order or the information entered, as our order processes run automatically. If you have entered a wrong address, we can try to change the information if you inform us as quickly as possible. If this is not possible in time, our delivery partner will most often return the package to us, and we will refund you for the order.

If you regret your purchase, you can do the following:

1. You can refuse receipt, after which the package will automatically be returned to us.

2. You can receive the package and contact our customer service, which can help you with a free return label.


If you have not received your package 3 working days after placing your order, it may be due to delays with the delivery partner or busyness at our warehouse. You are always welcome to contact us at any time, so we can ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible.

At NEXSMART™, we deliver within 1-3 working days after your order is placed, unless it involves a pre-order. During special promotions, such as sales, Black Friday, or similar events, there may be rare cases of extended delivery times. Should this be the case, you will be advised accordingly.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking link can provide you with information.

When you make a purchase on our website, we will always offer you at least one shipping option that is free. However, due to many requests from our customers, we also offer other shipping options that are more flexible than the standard ones. These shipping options are more expensive than the standard ones, but are offered so you can freely choose what suits you best. In this case, we do charge a small fee for the more expensive shipping options to cover the difference between a standard shipment and the premium shipping option you have chosen.


We offer a 100-day return policy, which also applies even if you have used the product. It should therefore be understood as a satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like the product, or you are not satisfied with the function of the product, we will give you your money back as soon as we have received the product back. It is simple and easy.

Please note that it is not possible to physically return at our address, as we are exclusively an online webshop and therefore do not have a physical store.

We process your return order as quickly as possible once it arrives at our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days from when you send your return order until we have refunded the money to you. It depends on your own bank when the money is available on your account. You will then receive an email when your refund has been processed. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method and/or the same payment option that you used for the purchase.

Both you and/or the recipient of the gift are always welcome to return the product. To return the product, simply contact our customer service with the order number, and we can assist with a free return label. Please note that we can only refund the money to the card with which the item was paid.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can place a new order for the desired product.

On our website in the checkout basket, you will need to fill out your information and details, such as name, address, and email, on the left side. On the right side, you will be able to see the products you are about to buy, and under this function, you will see "Gift Card or Discount Code". In this field, you enter your gift card or discount code and press "Apply" – then the discount will automatically be included in your total order amount.
